Plans are well underway for the big weekend at Colby-Sawyer College from May 19-22nd (despite the fact that the Big Daddy turned over the reins to a notorious procrastinator) . Now is the time to be currying favor with your boss, spouse, kids, bank account, etc. to clear the way for a guilt-free several days of training and revelry! Even if you can’t swing the whole 3 days, you are encouraged to join in for whatever you can even if it is just one ride and a meal. Bring a friend or acquaintance that you suspect has a glimmer of Psycho Karma into the fold–this is the best opportunity for them to meet the team (and then watch them run the other way). Carmen aka The Big Daddy has a 23-year history of success with TPW–let’s keep the ball rolling!

WORKOUT SCHEDULE
We have some changes afoot but the basic outline of workouts will be pretty much the same as last year. Of course we have lots of meals, limericks, games, trash-talk, beveragizing, and free time interspersed but here is the essence of the 3 days:

Thursday, May 19th:
Arrival for the hard-core three-nighters! Dinner/brewskis at the Flying Goose Pub

Friday, May 20th:
swim workout: 7:30 am
bike workout: 10:30 am (new! TIme Trial up Mount Kearsarge!)
run workout: 5:00 pm

Saturday, May 21st:
swim workout: 7-8 am or 8-9 am
long bike/run brick: 10:45 am

Sunday, May 22nd:
easy shake out run/drills: 7:30 am
bike workout: 9:00 am
Final brunch: 11:15-12:30
Depart to lick wounds/repair ego: 12:00-1:00
