After a 2nd place at the Boulder Peak triathlon in July, I hung up my TT bike and have focused on draft-legal racing. I finished 15th at Montreal WTS and achieved my first-ever World Cup podium, second behind fellow EDP athlete Summer Cook, in the Yucatan. On Saturday, I anchored my hometown Cleveland Rock & Roll team to a win at the Major League Triathlon series final in Cleveland at Edgewater Park, site of the youth triathlons I did growing up!
With the addition of a mixed team relay medal to the Olympic program, MLT is a fun format to hone my short-course skills, and all races are broadcast on Facebook if you’re interested in checking them out. Next up, I travel to Rotterdam for the ITU Grand Final. I’m thrilled for the opportunity to line up among the best in the sport and thankful for Team Psycho’s continued support on this journey.
